Ravencards | Witchcraft
Mix occult powers and the ability to gain strength from the weaknesses of the enemies — the result is Witchcraft! With less than 2 weeks until the Open Beta, it's time to know some of the new Ravencards of this Archetype!
The rarity of the Ravencard directly influences its impact in-game, as the different numbers (%) present in the Ravencards' effects below relate to the different rarities: Grand / Rare / Arcane / Heroic / Mythic / Legendary!
Please note that the values of the Ravencards' effects are far from final. All cards are undergoing consistent and frequent balancing changes up until, during and post Beta.
Spellslayer Drake ー Dispel
When casting Dispel, there is a 10%/20%/30%/40%/50%/60% chance of stealing one of the dispeled beneficial effects and applying it to yourself.
Spellslayer Drakes may be the most enchanting and graceful of their kin to behold, but they are also the most shrouded in mystery. Possessing a keen intelligence otherwise lacking among their relatives, they dwell in ancient ruins seeped in old magic. They’ve even been observed to consume all matter of spells directed at them with relish.
Rubycap Mushroom ー Leech
Basic attacks you make on targets affected by your Leech heal you for 10%/13%/16%/19%/22%/25% of the damage dealt.
Rubycaps are unique amongst fungi, only capable of fully developing by consuming specific organic matter — blood. An injured animal often never even realizes they’ve been infected by Rubycap spores, their fate sealed as soon as they lay down to rest. The animal never wakes up again, while a fully grown Rubycap rises from its corpse.
Orc Spellcaster ー Siphon
Instead of restoring your mana, Siphon now provides a magic barrier lasting 8 seconds, equal to 100%/120/%140%/160%/180%/200% of the mana drained. While this barrier is active, you have 5%/6%/7%/8%/9%/10% increased spell haste.
Orcish Spellcasters bear markings infused with powerful magic which glows with an eerie aura, granting them fiendish abilities. While in combat they constantly chant in a harsh and guttural tongue, sounds evoking thoughts of terror and hatred. The dark flame engulfing their hands can be used for self-healing or burning their opponents to a crisp.
Glutton Hag ー Eternal Worms
Eternal Worms now apply a stack of Twilight Curse for each Damage over Time effect consumed, up to 3 stacks. Twilight Curse deals 10%/12%/14%/16%/18%/20% Spell Power as Spell Damage to the target every 3 seconds for 15 seconds.
Repulsive hulks that wander the bogs like ravenous animals, Glutton Hags have grown way too fond of human flesh, their cravings so immense that they’re willing to attack weaker Hags for food. The countless corpses decomposing inside their stomachs cause eruptions to emerge across their bodies from which deadly gasses spit forth.
Manastorm Djinn ー Magic Rupture
Targets under the effect of Magic Rupture take 30%/40%/50%/60%/70%/80% increased damage from Arcane Pulse and Arcane Torrent.
Deep within the puzzling temples of Hadarak Desert, the Manastorm Djinn lie in wait. Holding ancient knowledge beyond the understanding of mortals, these powerful creatures have tapped into the secrets of sorcery, wielding an array of destructive spells to obliterate any curious intruders.
Harvester Hag ー Shackles of Pain
When targets affected by your Shackles of Pain are healed, you are also healed by 50%/60%/70%/80%/90%/100% of that amount.
Harvester Hags are the corrupted remains of sorceresses that lost their children. They have odd bells hanging from their cloaks for luring children away from safety. When they get close, the hag uses its sickle to take away their souls, feeding upon their innocence instead of craving for flesh like her sisters.
